Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your physical book purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a full refund.

REFUNDS

Buyers may request a full refund of any physical products (no refunds will be offered on Digital Products) of their purchase of WellingtonPress.io products/services within seven (7) days of product/service being delivered to buyer, as long as the product or service being requested for refund was not purchased with/on a discount, purchased through Amazon.com or any Amazon property (as Amazon handles refunds for products sold on their platforms), through the use of any coupon/discount codes (including any “share for” discount coupon/promo codes) in which $10 or more was received off the purchase of the product/service through the use of said codes, individualized or specially created promo codes, or purchased during a promo/special offer.

Buyers may request their refund by sending an email to contact@WellingtonPress.io and providing the following information within that email:

  1. Their email address used for placing the order
  2. The product name and purchase date
  3. Their Reason For Requesting The Refund

Once this information is received, WellingtonPress.io will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days. Please keep in mind, if refund is requested to a Credit Card, that refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the buyers credit card statement, depending on their specific credit card company, which is out of the control of WellingtonPress.io, and will rely solely on Buyers specific credit card company.

  • Charge Backs: Buyer Understands And Agrees That They Will FIRST Request A Refund Via The Methods Dictated In This Refund Policy, And Buyer Understands And Agrees That They Will Not Submit A Charge Back Request Through Their Payment Provider (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Etc.) Unless They Have Requested A Refund From WellingtonPress.io’s Above Listed Refund Request Contact Methods. Buyer Understands And Agrees To Give WellingtonPress.io a Maximum Of seven (7) Business Days To Respond To Buyers Refund Request Before Taking Any Other Action To Obtain a Refund.
  • Charge Back Penalties: Buyer Understands and Agrees to The Above Mentioned Charge Back Dictates, and Understands And Agrees That Any Charge Back Attempt Made By Buyer With Out First Complying With The Above Mentioned Charge Back Dictates, Will Result In WellingtonPress.io Seeking Full Legal Action and Compensation For Any Damages Incurred By Buyers Premature, and Invalid, Charge Back Request.
